What services are provided?

On-site support

PHP provides an on-site service which consists of:

  • Sheltered Housing Officers

  • Sheltered Housing support workers.

There is also an out of hour’s emergency lifeline service.

The support service includes:

  • Pre-agreed check calls and contact from your Housing Officer.

  • Advice and practical support regarding day-to-day tenancy matters and repairs.

  • Planned individual assessments, support plans and reviews to ensure you have the appropriate level of support and assistance.

  • Investigate complaints and anti social behaviour issues on the scheme.

  • Immediate assistance in an emergency.

Your Sheltered Housing Officers and support workers work from Monday to Friday and will make every effort to see you as and when required.
