PHP recognise the quality of your neighbourhood is extremely important. That’s why in 2019 we graded every location we manage against a range of criteria. This included litter, cleanliness and quality of green spaces.
As we are carrying this out every year, we are keen for more residents to get involved. You understand and really know the place you live, both the good things and the things that need improvement. So if you can spare a couple of hours you could help grade your street, estate or sheltered housing scheme.
For further information you can either complete our online form, contact Judith Singleton on 01202 264479, or the Estate Services Team on 01202 264319.
The grading scheme has been very successful, allowing PHP to benchmark its performance against other organisations whilst enabling a greater focus of estate management and resources on those areas where it is most required.
A copy of the Estate Grading Report 2019 is available in the Related Documents panel on the right. The report contains details of the results of all estate gradings, associated actions and conclusions drawn.
Estate Gradings for 2020
The estate gradings were cancelled in March due to COVID-19. However, from August we are carrying out a reduced number of gradings of external areas until October. If you would like to know if your area is on this list please complete this online form and we can get back to you.
Unfortunately we cannot invite residents along to the actual gradings this year, due to distancing. However, residents are welcome to carry out their own gradings. If you are interested please complete the online form and a form can be emailed to you.
