With restrictions now lifted on all home visits, our Repairs & Maintenance Team is currently dealing with an unprecedented workload as they clear the back log of jobs recorded during lockdown. Unfortunately, this means there will be a two to three week wait before a surveyor can visit your home and any actions/updates following the visit will be on a twenty-day response time.

We are working through the backlog as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience throughout this time.

We are currently experiencing problems obtaining certain materials. Whilst we encourage you to continue reporting repairs, please be aware that you are likely to experience some delay, if any of the following items are required:

  • Fans
  • Plaster
  • Cement
  • Roof tiles
  • Bricks
  • PVC Windows
  • Timber
  • Mopstick Handrails
