The current contract for Response Repairs, Voids, Disabled Adaptations, Minor Package Works & Planned Electrical Upgrades is coming to an end and the contracts will be going out for retender. Our current contractor, Spectrum Property Care Ltd, has advised that due to their own internal organisation restructure, they will not be tendering for the work, and so a change in contractor is inevitable.
There are five main project milestones
- The deadline for tender submission is 17th March 2019
- Evaluation of written tender submissions from w/c 1st April 2019
- Residents will be involved in the selection process, and will be interviewing tenders during w/c 8th April
- The contract will be formally awarded on 29th April 2019
- The contract start date with the new contractor is 1st August 2019
