With restrictions now lifted on all home visits, our Repairs & Maintenance Team is currently dealing with an unprecedented workload as they clear the back log of jobs recorded during lockdown. Unfortunately, this means there will be a two to three week wait before a surveyor can visit your home and any actions/updates following the visit will be on a twenty-day response time.
We are working through the backlog as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience throughout this time.

OUR SMOKING POLICY
Due to Health and Safety legislation, our staff have the right to cancel an appointment if their working conditions are deemed detrimental to their health. This includes a smoky atmosphere. To reduce the likelihood of this happening, you should not smoke within the property for the duration of their attendance and for at least one hour before the scheduled appointment slot.
Our Repairs Helpdesk is responsible for the day to day maintenance of all council properties across Poole.
You can report a repair at anytime via our secure online form 'Report a Repair'. You can also report a repair during office hours to the Repairs Helpdesk or, if you live in a sheltered scheme, you can report it to your Sheltered Housing Officer.

Always ask for ID
All works are carried out using only registered contractors to ensure the safety of our customers and their homes. All PHP staff and our contractor teams carry identification badges. To protect your security and peace of mind, all operatives and staff will show their ID badges before entering your home.
