Failed Direct Debits - APRIL 2020

Poole Housing Partnership has become aware that a small number of direct debits scheduled to be taken on 9th April have failed to have been collected as they should have been. We would like to apologise to anyone affected by this. We will be contacting those people affected shortly to see if they would like to make the April payment in another way or to have the payment added into their future direct debit schedule. The issue which caused this error has now been corrected and so all future scheduled payments will be taken as has been advised. Because of the current limited office arrangements we are operating due to the Corona virus, please can any enquiries about this be made to our email address rather than by calling the office: rent.php@bcpcouncil.gov.uk

Rent Payments 

Please note that during the current situation, rent payments are still due. We appreciate that this may be difficult and encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns.

If your circumstances have changed for any reason and this includes the Coronavirus outbreak, you may be entitled to additional financial help. If you think this applies to you, please contact Stour Valley Poole Partnership on 0345 034 4569 for information about housing benefit and the Department of Work & Pensions on 0800 328 5644 about a Universal Credit claim.
