Trinidad Village is a 54 unit extra care scheme, providing 24 hour care and support.
Work was carried out in partnership with Borough of Poole to ensure the scheme had the required services to make it a success and help people to lead active, independent lives.
There are some great concessionary services available to both residents and the wider community.
