Making an ASB complaint

What to expect

PHP will complete an ASB Triage form when you report an incident, it will assess the situation and help us determine the level of ASB you are experiencing and what our next steps will be. This form can be found in the related documents panel.

Once reported to PHP a Housing Officer will return your call within 24hrs if the incident has been assessed as being an emergency/priority. You will be informed if this is not the case and you can expect a return call within 5 or 10 days depending on the incident.

The Housing Officer will investigate your complaint by speaking with you, any witnesses, and any other agencies you may have reported the incident to, such as the police or Environmental and Consumer Protection Services (ECPS). If appropriate, the Housing Officer will contact the person you have complained about and put your allegation to them. The Housing Officer will usually also ask for more evidence before deciding on the next steps. More information can be found in the ‘What to Expect’ leaflet in the related documents.
