With effect from Friday 30th July, Ecosafe will be our new contractor for the Gas Maintenance, Repair and Servicing Contract.

Ecosafe will start contacting residents from 19th July to book gas servicing appointments, which are due from August onwards.

Hints & Tips

  • Your gas appliance should produce crisp blue flames not yellow ones. There should be no black marks or stains on or around the appliance. But remember, an unsafe appliance may show none of these signs. Please call PH Jones on 0800 389 7312 if you have any concerns.

  • Ensure carbon monoxide (CO) alarms are installed where there are boilers, fires and cooker. Find out more about CO.

  • Don't use a gas oven to heat a room or use a gas barbeque inside your property

  • Always ensure there is enough ventilation for your gas appliances

  • Do not block air vents which provide air supply to the gas appliance
