For the fifth consecutive year, we have been awarded with Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation, which means PHP is fully compliant in all areas of customer service, including treating our customers fairly.
The award also recognises our focus on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude when serving our customers.
PHP puts residents at the heart of all our activities and we hold a strong belief that our customers' needs are best identified and met on a local level.
We're proud to boast over 300 involved residents from across Poole, who help us communicate with our communities and continually improve our service offering.
