Chris, an involved resident, has been taking part in a national Best Practice Group involving residents and landlords across the country. They looked at how fire and building safety information could be effectively communicated to residents, ensuring individual needs were considered.
A report has now been released, which brings together the Group’s findings and sets out their recommendations. You can read the report here.
