Is your social housing landlord providing a good service?

TSM web image.jpg

From 2023-2024, social housing landlords will be asking tenants how well they feel their landlord is doing and whether they feel they are providing a good service. The landlord will have to report their findings to The Regulator of Social Housing.

The Regulator requires all landlords to ask tenants the same set of questions so that results can be shared and compared. They have named the questions ‘Tenant Satisfaction Measures’ (TSMs).

At this stage The Regulator is asking tenants to look at the questions that they are suggesting and to comment on them. The Regulator feels it’s important to ask the right questions about the issues that matter to tenants.

Find out more about the consultation and view the proposed questions (TSMs), and the questions The Regulator would like answered.

It’s important to have your say and PHP would like your opinions and comments on these measures. You can respond directly to The Regulator, on-line, via email or post, by 3rd March 2022. If you feel more comfortable to talk to us, you can contact the PHP Neighbourhood Inclusion Team and let them have your thoughts on 0800 652 3900 by 15th February 2022. These will then be included in the PHP Tenants’ response.
