#Housing Day Resident Board Members
Here are the people who represent residents on PHP's Board of Directors, helping to ensure we provide excellent, high-quality services across Poole.
Former Mayor of Poole Lou was elected to PHP’s Board of Directors in 2008. Lou participates in lots of resident-led activities in the Turlin Moor area of Poole, including the youth club and community garden. Lou works hard to ensure residents are represented and heard at PHP, encouraging them to drive service development.
Jo is a retired staff nurse, first in the RAF, and with over 25 years’ experience at Poole Hospital. Having worked with Poole residents for so long, Jo uses her Board of Directors position to voice people’s needs and concerns, so PHP can continue to provide quality homes in strong communities across the town.
Adele was elected to the Board in 2010, and re-elected in 2012. Dorset born and bred, Adele feels that Poole, as well as being one of the most beautiful areas in the country, is a wonderful town to live in. Adele represents the interests of her fellow leasehold residents on PHP’s Leaseholders’ Committee.
Sue was born and brought up in Poole and has two adopted children. Before retiring in 2010, Sue worked for Liverpool Victoria and Dorset Police. Sue is one of PHP’s longest-serving involved residents, acting as a Local Community Representative, Volunteer Support Worker and Resident Scrutiny Panel member.
