Exciting News - From 1st July 2022, Bournemouth and Poole Housing Services are coming together!

This is your chance to support the new organisation (BCP Homes) right from the start. With the help of Bournemouth and Poole’s involved residents, we have come up with lots of new ways for you to have your say.

We want to make sure that BCP Homes listens to residents, so we need to hear from as many of you as possible. Our resident involvement opportunities are open to everyone, so if you are a BCP Council, or PHP tenant, leaseholder, or household member over the age of 18, please look at the opportunities and get involved.

I want to be kept informed

We'll tell you the important things that affect your home and tenancy. We'll share news with you in lots of ways i.e., magazines, publications, website, and social media, and occasionally ask your views via a survey, i.e., when the government asks us to

I want to give feedback

Tell us what interests you i.e., repairs, tenancy issues, the standard of your neighbourhood, building new homes. We'll contact you about these and ask for your feedback. This might mean completing an occasional survey or giving feedback over the phone

I want to speak out

If you're happy to share views with officers and residents and work together to make positive change, we may ask you to attend an online or in person working group or workshop. We'll get in touch, explain the options then you can choose what works for you

I want to get involved in my community

You want to know what's happening in your block, scheme, or estate. You may want to help with activities and events or work with officers to create neighbourhood improvements. You can get involved a lot or a little depending on how much time you can spare

I want to be part of the decision making

You might already be confident to give your opinion, or with our support, be prepared to join a customer panel, resident committee or even apply for the advisory board. Tick this option and we'll contact you
