Here are the ways you can get involved with Poole Housing Partnership:
Formal resident involvement structure:
The Board – there are 5 resident places available on the Board. Residents have an equal right to vote on key decisions made by the Board
Scrutiny Panel – residents inspect every area of the organisation and suggest improvements, residents feed into our new resident involvement panels and the Board
Resident Involvement Panels - join one of our 4 new resident panels focusing on:
Home (repairs and maintenance, major works, decent homes, energy efficiency and adaptations) Neighbourhood and Community (grounds maintenance, cleanliness of communal areas, fire safety, environment, volunteering, community events and sheltered housing)
Tenancy (empty properties, housing demand and allocations, tenancy management, anti social behaviour, under occupation and over crowding)
Tenant Involvement and Empowerment (complaints and compliments, community groups, engagement of under represented groups, consultation at national and local level)
