Are you happy with the services we provide?
Resident Involvement is an opportunity for residents to monitor and scrutinise our services and have a real say in how we deliver them.
Here at PHP, residents are involved at all levels. From the Board of Directors (making strategic decisions) to our Resident Involvement Panels discussing grass root issues.
Would you have a few hours to spare to join one of our four resident panels focusing on:
1. Home (repairs and maintenance, major works, decent homes, energy efficiency and adaptations)
2. Tenancy (empty properties, housing demand and allocations, tenancy management, under occupation, over crowding and anti social behaviour)
3. Tenant Involvement and Empowerment (complaints and compliments, community groups, engagement of under represented groups, consultation at national and local level)
4. Neighbourhood and Community (grounds maintenance, cleanliness of communal areas, fire safety, environment, volunteering, community events and sheltered housing)
We know there is always room for improvement, which is why we’d love for you to have a say. Your input could influence the decisions we make!
