Debt Advice

We are working with the Citizens Advice Bureau to provide this free and confidential service to our residents.

We have a fully trained CAB advisor come to our offices one day a week to provide a dedicated debt advice service to our residents.  She sees people on an appointments basis, and is at present available for appointments on Tuesdays.

With your help, the CAB advisor will:

• Negotiate repayment schedules with your creditors at manageable amounts.
• Negotiate an agreeable payment plan with PHP over any rent arrears.
• Carry out a quick benefit calculation to ensure you are receiving all the benefits and help you are entitled to.
• Give you peace of mind and all the support you need. 

With the help of this service, residents have been able to reduce their debts by a staggering 10% (average) within the first few appointments alone.
