Your Money Survey
In the last issue of our quarterly At Home magazine, we asked residents to complete a Your Money survey. Everyone who completed this survey was entered into a prize draw with the chance to win £50 of Love2Shop vouchers. The winner was Pauline Crofts from Baiter Gardens (pictured below, with Financial Inclusion Project Officer, Karen Toft, (on the left) presenting the vouchers).
Pauline says "My husband always laughs at me for entering these competitions, but it's paid off now. Now I'm laughing."
We asked the questions in this survey to better understand our residents financial situation and to help us tailor our services to meet your needs and requirements. The results from this survey will be published on this website in the next few weeks. Watch this space!
We have contacted those people who asked for further information about the various financial services mentioned in the survey. We are also making arrangements to run a 'Managing your Money' course for all those residents who have ticked that they would like some help or advise in dealing with money.
The course is likely to be 3 sessions of 3 hours on budgeting and money management with certification at the end. This course will be free to PHP residents. If you would be interested in attending this course, please let Karen Toft or Marie Stopford know on 01202 264484 or 01202 264422 or email k.toft@poole.gov.uk. Further details of this course will be published on this website when we have more details.
