Your New Tenancy Agreement
Your input ensures the new agreement is fair and easy to understand. PHP would like to thank all of you who provided feedback and comments about the revised tenancy agreement during the consultation period in the summer of this year.
Now that the consultation is over, the next stage is to implement the new tenancy agreement. We have issued all secure tenants with a notice of variation and this summarises the main changes and tells you that the revised tenancy agreement will come into effect from 10 October 2008.
After this date all tenants, both current and new, will be subject to the terms and conditions of the revised tenancy agreement.
We have sent all secure tenants a copy of the revised tenancy agreement for information.
You DO NOT need to sign or return it to us, instead, please keep it in a safe place as you may need to refer to it from 10 October 2008 onwards.
