If you need to report a repair, or have any general enquiries, you can now get in touch with our Help Desk Customer Services Team from 8:30am until 7:00pm, Monday to Thursday. In addition to this extended service, you can now get repairs appointments on a Saturday morning.

Our Help Desk is now open for longer than ever before.
If you need to report a repair, or have any general enquiries, you can now get in touch with our Help Desk Customer Services Team from 8:30am until 7:00pm, Monday to Thursday.

Saturday Service For Repairs
In addition to this extended service, you can now get repairs appointments on a Saturday morning.
If you call our Help Desk to report a repair we can now offer you an appointment on a Saturday morning between 8:00am and 1:00pm.
The first Saturday appointments will be from 14th June onwards.
This change follows consultation with residents at the Decent Homes Easter Event in March, input from people on the Response Repair Panel and your comments.
Maintenance Manager, Gary McNeil says, "We're offering this service primarily to those who find it difficult to have an adult at home during the normal weeks working hours.
"If you request a Saturday appointment, we will have to confirm your reasons for needing it to ensure that those who need it most get it. So please be understanding when the Customer Services Officer asks you."
Initially, the trades available for repairs on Saturdays will be limited.
Requirements will be monitored and adjustments made to ensure we meet demand.
