Tenancy Support Service Standard

We have developed service standards for each team and the area of work that they cover, to ensure that you receive a consistently high quality service from us.

Tenancy Support: we will...

  • Acknowledge referrals within 5 working days.
  • Complete an initial assessment within 10 working days of acknowledgement date.
  • Work with client to resolve any breaches of tenancy and remain in their home.
  • Work in partnership with specialist agencies to address clients support needs.
  • Monitor progress weekly and review the outcome of support plans every 3 months with the client.
