The Repairs Team are responsible for the day to day maintenance of all council properties across the Borough of Poole.
As a resident of Poole Housing Partnership you can report a repair to the Repairs Helpdesk Team during office hours, or if you live in a sheltered scheme, you can report it to your Sheltered Housing Officer.
Managed by Senior Customer Service Officer, Angela Sharp, the Repairs Helpdesk Team are always on hand to help answer your questions and queries and resolve your repair problems.

Sometimes it may be necessary for the Repairs Helpdesk Team to ask an Inspector to visit your home before a repair can be carried out. This is usually in the case of an emergency repair. Our friendly team of Property Inspectors will make arrange a suitable appointment time with you, to carry out the inspection at your home. Each Property Inspector deals with repair requests and inspections of repairs throughout the various areas of the Borough. Our Property Inspector deals with insurance claims, adaptations, improvements, land sales and boundary disputes throughout the Borough.
Remember, ALWAYS ask to see ID. All Poole Housing Partnership staff and our contractors carry identification badges. Always ask to see proof of identity before allowing anyone into your home. If you are in doubt as the authenticity of the ID, or the person refuses to show you proof of their identity, DO NOT let that person into your home and call us.
We are responsible for all communal lighting to internal corridors or staircases. We aim to carry out the repair within 3 working days from the date the repair was known to us.
