Ending Your Tenancy
Do you wish to terminate your tenancy?
If so, you must provide Poole Housing Partnership with a minimum of 4 weeks notice in writing. This is a requirement under your tenancy terms and conditions.
If you need any help or advice, please contact the Voids Team, see the contact details on the right of this page. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
You can also phone in to ask us to send you a termination form.
If you are terminating your tenancy for yourself, or on behalf of a member of your family, please remember that you need to leave the property you are terminating in a clean and re-lettable condition in order to avoid any recharges for work that we have to carry out on your behalf.
The property must be clean and cleared of all possessions and rubbish, including the loft space, any outbuildings, sheds and the garden should be in a neat and tidy condition.
You will be requested to make an appointment for the Voids Officer to inspect your property when you have informed us of the ending tenancy.
