To be a member you must:
- Have been a secure tenant or leaseholder for at least eight weeks
- Not owe PHP any money for rent, leasehold charges or re-chargeable repairs
- Not have any breaches of tenancy or agreement
- Have no history of missed appointments when our staff or contractor(s) call at your property
You can still become a member, once you make an agreement to pay your arrears or debt, and have kept to it for twelve consecutive weeks.

What if I get Housing Benefit?
You are still eligible to join. You still need to complete the eight week qualifying period and make sure you give the Housing Benefit Team any information they ask for promptly, see the contact details to the right of this page.
If your Housing Benefit claim is taking more than eight weeks to process, please contact us to discuss your circumstances.
