Travelling by road

Travelling along the M27 the road becomes the A31 to bypass Ringwood, Ferndown and Wimborne Minster.  Remain on the A31 until reaching the roundabout junction signposted A349 Poole Town Centre and Ferry Port.

Follow signs for the A349 and Ferry Port until reaching a roundabout signposted A350 Poole Town Centre.  This roundabout has the Poole Fairway marker buoy in the centre of it.  Turn left here on the A350 (Holes Bay Road).

Follow the dual carriage way around the bay.  As you come into the town, bear left towards the town centre.  You will see the the train station on your left; keep in the left hand lane as you come to the traffic lights.  Turn left at the lights, onto the fly-over that crosses the railway tracks.

At the George roundabout turn left, directly after Barclay's House. At the mini-roundabout ahead, turn right into Beech House.

Travelling by rail

On arrival at Poole Train Station, exit the station onto Serpentine Road in the direction of Barclay's House.  Walk to the end of Serpentine Road and Beech House is located directly in front of you.

Travelling by bus

Exit the bus station with the Dolphin Shopping Centre on your left, and cross over Kingland Road (using the subway or pedestrian crossing) to where the Lighthouse and Chilli's are situated.

On this side of the road, bear left past Dolland & Aitchinson Optician's and Natwest Bank. You will see The George pub directly in front of you, with the roundabout to your right. Cross the road towards the pub, and head straight on along the pavement towards Barclays House.

You will see a mini-roundabout up ahead, to the right of Barclay's House.
Beech House is on the right-hand corner of the mini-roundabout.  

Turn right at the mini-roundabout, and our main reception entrance is at the rear of the building
